Originally from Meath, Suzanne who is more commonly known as Suzy, grew up drawing and painting from a very young age. She attended many art classes throughout her childhood, following onto Design studies at post primary and Fine Art at third level at Crawford College, Cork.

While taking a break from art after college, she pursued a career in digital marketing, which lasted 20 years.  A move from Dublin to the Beara Peninsula in West Cork in 2017 to explore a different life path and to start a family re-ignited her creativity and she began to paint again.

Suzy has an enviable location with uninterrupted views of vast skyscapes over the mountains and seas in west Cork. The spectacular colours of the sky as it transitions from pre-dawn to dawn and throughout the day are the inspiration for her latest body of work
